In their words

Multiple rental properties in multiple states (some self- managed), expat family living overseas with a government civilian w-2 and a freelance&consulting spouse, active kids plus volunteering, and future-proofing investing. These categories have been developed and refined for over 15years for DIY US tax-filing (using commercial tax software). I track every penny.
