Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between purchasing Lunch Money as an individual versus an Organization subscription?
With Lunch Money for Organizations, the organization will cover the cost of Lunch Money subscriptions upfront for employees or group members via a discount code.
How much will it cost, and how will I get billed?
The current discounted rate for each license is $55, with higher discounts for bulk purchases of 150 or more. You will be billed a single annual upfront payment that activates on an agreed-upon date and renews automatically each year unless you cancel. We'll be in touch before your renewal date so there are no surprises!
How can I make changes to my group's subscription?
As your team size changes, just let us know, and we can add new users as they join. Once your contract starts, we are unable to provide refunds for unused subscriptions.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Unused subscription credits may roll over to your next renewal term as Rollover Credits, but only if you renew for at least the same number of credits. If you renew for fewer credits, any unused credits expire.
How do employees sign up under our organization?
Each year, we'll provide you with a group discount code that covers a yearly subscription for the number of licenses you've purchased. If someone leaves your organization, they won't have access to next year's code. We monitor the number of licenses in use, so you can request sign-up activity for your team at any time.
Does your price-lock guarantee apply to Organization subscriptions?
Your contract price and associated bulk discount will be locked in as long as you continue to renew with us. Your employees' default subscription will be set to $100/year, and they can change it to one of our currently available pay-what-you-want plans if they leave your organization.
When does our subscription term begin?
Your subscription term starts when you purchase your first set of licenses, and your group billing code is valid for one year from that start date. If you’d like to pay in advance but have codes take effect on a later date, we can arrange that — email [email protected].
