is a budget that's separated into categories, fixed one are detailled and variable expenses as well, I mostly check the budget tab in order to see where my money goes. My partner contributes a minimum fixed amount to cover the expenses that are shared but assumed by my accounts, such as mortage, insurance, subscriptions etc, this minimum amount is calculated with an app I made with Google App Sheets and then added into lunch money as a reccuring item manually
