An Update to Our Annual Plan Minimum (Effective March 15, 2026)

Let’s be honest: no one gets excited about pricing updates. But when we do make them, we strive to be thoughtful, transparent, and as painless as humanly possible!

So we wanted to share a small update to our annual plan minimum:

Starting March 15, 2026, the minimum for our annual pay-what-you-want plan will increase from $50 to $60.

This change helps us continue delivering the best product and service possible while honoring our price-lock guarantee for existing subscribers.

What this means for you

Existing subscribers

Nothing changes. We mean it! Your current price is locked in and will remain the same as long as you maintain an active subscription. Want your friends and loved ones to get the best deal? Now’s a great time to casually (or enthusiastically) share your referral link with them!

New subscribers

If you start a paid subscription before March 15, 2026, you can choose to keep the current $50 annual rate for life.

No surprises. No retroactive changes. No “wait…when did that happen?” moments.

Why we’re making this update

As Lunch Money continues to grow, we’re investing in product improvements, reliability, and long-term sustainability, all while staying fully independent and customer-funded.

This modest adjustment helps us keep building without compromising accessibility or trust.

What’s absolutely not changing

  • Our price-lock guarantee means whatever plan you choose is yours for as long as you’re with Lunch Money. Your price will never increase.
  • Pricing will remain available in USD, CAD, and EUR.
  • You’ll always have full access to every feature and world-class support, regardless of what you pay.

We’re sharing this well in advance, so you have time and space to decide what works best for you, without any pressure!

Thank you for supporting Lunch Money and for helping us build something thoughtful and sustainable. 💛
